Step 1 - Making The Booking
You can get the process underway by calling, emailing or simply filling out the enquiry form on this page. Once you have made contact we will gather as much information as possible from your business. Consider if there are any access restrictions to your business? Any working hours to avoid? Or bespoke Health & Safety requirements for entry?
In some cases a Sample may need to be collected beforehand depending on the waste type required for disposal.
Step 2 - Tank Emptying
Once the Tank Empty has been booked in one of our qualified Operatives will arrive at your site to carry out the Tank Emptying process. The operatives will be fully equipped with the relevant PPE specific for the task.
Step 3 - Documentation
Upon completion of the Tank Emptying your business representative will be handed a copy of our Duty Of Care, this is your Waste Transfer Note, contained in the Duty Of Care are all the details and information regarding your Tank Emptying service. This includes where we are taking the waste ensuring that your business fully meets the legal obligations for waste disposal. Digital Copies are held in our databases and are also available if required.

How often should a Septic Tank be emptied?
Emptying your Septic Tank or Treatment Plant is like giving your car a service, Poor maintenance leads to poor performance and ultimately costly breakdowns and repairs. If your Septic Tank or Sewage Treatment Plant is appropriately sized then every 12 months would be a normal. Undersized sized Tanks require emptying more frequently and it’s usually advisable to upgrade to an appropriately sized system to minimise emptying services.
Do you carry out Fat & Grease Trap Emptying?
Yes we do, We will need to know the size and the frequency you would like it to be emptied to form a quote for you.
Fat & Grease are not disposed of in the same manner as your Septic Waste and cannot be combined within the same Tanker.
How do I tell the size of my Septic Tank?
The only way to know is from previous emptying services or on newer systems the make / model and PE size. If your still unsure about the size of your Septic Tank or Sewage Treatment Plant don’t worry just give us call to make the booking, we base all our prices on the amounts collected in litres rather than what we expect to collect.
